Order Help

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
When your order ships, you’ll get another email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
You can also track your order anytime through the “Track My Order” page on lilpxz.org.

If you haven’t seen any updates after a few days, reach out to me directly and I’ll personally look into it.

Shipping Info

Orders take about two to five business days to process before shipping.
For U.S. customers, delivery usually takes between five to ten business days.
International orders can take ten to twenty business days, depending on your country and local customs.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within fourteen days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Before returning anything, please contact me at support@lilpxz.org with your order number so I can guide you through the process.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll replace it right away and cover all costs.
For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Limited Drops & Restocks

Some of my merch releases are limited edition, meaning once they’re sold out, they won’t be restocked.

If you received an email receipt, your order is confirmed. If you didn’t, check your spam folder or contact me.
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, email me right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update it.
